Zoya Happi

As you know (cause I know you read my last post) I could not take an accurate photo of this polish. Apparently my camera can't handle the awesomeness that is duochrome. So these are as good as I could get. However, this polish is so awesome. I love it to pieces. This was 3 coats to even it all out.

You can see the duochrome really well in the bottle.

The color is more like this photo, although even more...rich...of a color. Basically what I'm saying is pay no attention to these. D:

Finally Zoya

Por fin, I got my damn Zoya order. This was when they were having their little deal for 2 free polishes. I only buy Zoya when it's on sale, so of course I had to break my no buy and get some.

This is as good as a photo as I could get with the sun that was given today, so sorry they suck. I had an even worse time trying to take a photo of Happi, my current mani. I could not get the damn duochrome to come out indoors, so maybe tomorrow I will have some sun to use.

Sparkly things always make my camera freak out, so that's why they're all blurred and smeared. D:<

China Glaze Visit Me In Prism

You can really tell in some of these photos how longer nails make your fingers look more slender and long.

This was three coats and it applied like butter of course. No top coat either, as I've found that it scatters the holo even more.

This has many faces. The holo shows most in the indoor fluorescent lighting. It probably would in the sun too, but there wasn't any sun today. Then it looks a lot more scattered and like a glittery holo in low incandescent lighting. It's really cool. I wish I hadn't missed out on the rest of this collection.

Nyx Harmonica

Ahhh, Nyx Harmonica. This is actually not mine, but my sister's. This is what I would call a slut color. No offense to all you sluts. You know what I mean? That light pink that all the tan bleach blonde/dark brown bimbos wear. Yeah, that one. I mean it's a nice color, but I can't help but feel like I'm about to go turn a trick or something. Good thing I'm pale, or this would look a lot worse.

This is actually in the sun, even though it doesn't really look like it.



She got this when we went to HEB. I saw Nyx and almost squealed out loud. I didn't know they were sold at HEB. It must be a new thing cause everything was all reorganized and in a new layout. I sure haven't seen them before.

Almost forgot to add, this lipstick smells like roses a la funeral home.

Wet n Wild Night Prowl

First off I love the name of this one. The color is just a simple black with purple glitter. I love it none the less. For a dolla you can't go wrong. Had pretty nice application too.

Haul-ish

I scored today at HEB and got two new Wet n Wilds. Morbid and Night Prowl. :D They were on sale for $2 and $1 so I had to dive in. I was going to get Blue Moon I think is what it was, but I chickened out. Damn me.

I suffered another damn nail break. Curse you rolling Dr. Pepper. I slammed it against the cart or the conveyor belt, I don't know it was all a blur.

Anyway, I'll have one of those for you all tomorrow, hopefully.

I don't have a mani on today, since I'm taking a little break. My nails are so dry. I wanted to post something today though, so here's a cool picture of Thunderbird and Branding Iron on my nail wheel.

Also, I can't believe I've made it this far with my no buy. I think I might actually make it, or at least half way. ;) I'm seriously obsessed with beauty products it's not even funny.

OPI Keys To My Karma

Gah, why do I always want to spell "karma" like "kharma"? Here's another red in my collection of reds. I counted them today after I put them all on a nail wheel and I have a total of 15. Not really a lot in my eyes, but it's funny to think I probably have 3 times the amount of most girls' entire collection. Only in all reds. Haha.

Nail porn!!

It reminds me a lot of Lolipop by Essie. Pretty, pretty red! I guess this will end up being my Valentine's mani. Hey, at least it's red.

Stupid ass mailman

My mailman is a fucking idiot. You know why? I've been expecting a package from H2t beauty today and I knew something was in the parcel locker because it's locked. Well, I had a feeling it was my package so I didn't pry it open to get a peek and see if it was...it was. And he didn't put the key in my mailbox. So now I can't get it til the person who he gave the key to in their mailbox either nicely brings it to my door or steals it from me.

On a happier note, I was watching Keeping up with the Kardashians the other day and Kim went to a nail salon and asked if they had My Private Jet. :D Just a random nail encounter. It makes me even happier when a normal person shows some interest in polish and has some cool glittery or uncommonly worn color on. I know, I'm a nerd.

China Glaze Thunderbird

You know I have a sweet spot for red (Right? You've been reading my blog since the beginning??) and this red is no exception. It's one of those lit from within colors, like it's on FIUH! Smoke she is a-rising, FIUH! It was so hard to get a true representation of this polish with my camera, so I have some weird posed swatches for this one.

Ohhh, ahh! It's so pretty.

Evil Shades Samples

I received two samples of eyeshadow when I ordered Rainbow in the Dark by Evil Shades. I'll have that swatched up here sometime this week.

The names are Banshee (blue) and Sinister (green). Outdoors and Indoors. As you can see there's a good amount of product in there.

Now here they are, quick and dirty swatches. A quick swipe with my finger. Sorry for the really crappy blue swatch. I smeared it. Outside, inside, outside.

Inside and kind of outside-ish.

These were really nice and smooth. That's about as articulate as I can get with my reviews, heh.

I think I like Sinister more.

Now just cause I feel bad, I'm gonna do another swatch of these on my hand.

Haha, and I just realized I have the blue on my blue eye and the green on my green eye.
