This was 3 coats. Just a chocolate brown creme. I banged this one up all to hell while it was drying last night. You can see the dings on my thumb and the smears and smudges on my other nails...ugh. Also this dries darker on the nail.
Lotion on on this one above...that's what's down on my cuticle area and the nail.

I've liked the 2 Diamonds I've tried so far (Monarch Masquerade and Sparkling Sherry) but only needed 2 coats. I've got 6 more to try. Their Speed Dry' definitely works on their polishes although I have no idea how well it would work with other brands. I have their base coat as well but keep forgetting to try it.
ReplyDeleteI've only tried 2 out of my order of 11 or so too, So Berry Sweet and this one. They both required 3 coats, but I'm sure some of the other colors I have won't need more than 2. I'm pleased with their polishes.
ReplyDeleteOkay, the Blackberry is gorgeous but took 3 coats because the first one was so streaky. Next time I'll try a heavier first coat with a longer dry time before the second coat to head off bubbles. I really like the Super Dry. And you've got me lemming that So Berry Sweet.
