China Glaze Cowgirl Up

Purples are notoriously hard to capture on camera, so it was a bitch for me to get this to show up color correct on camera, but I think I got it pretty good on one of them. Just imagine it a lot more pink purple (red?) than blue purple. Warm purple, not a cool purple. Magenta. It's not like you haven't seen this one before anyway.

Although I can't say the application was the best. Not due to the polish, but due to the fact that a May Fly kept assaulting my face while I was applying it.

This next one is the most color accurate, I think. The others are real close though.

Sinful Colors Green Ocean over Liquid Leather Matte

My latest mani mattiefied. It's weird how blue the flakies and glitter in Green Ocean turn when you put it over black. I'm sure they turn blue with Green Ocean by itself too. Pretty nice wear outta this for almost the third day. I usually have some major chips by then.

I heard about this product on TV and wow...how desperate and pathetic are women nowadays? I mean first it was the restoring your hymen surgery and now this. Dye for your labia so it can be a youthful pink. Give me a friggin' break. Lame. As. Hell. Someone needs to come out with the ball lift surgery. Men ain't perfect either. They come in the colors Marilyn, Bettie, Ginger and Audry all varying shades of pink. Cool, cuz my p**** isn't the same color as that ginger's over there. I wonder how lame and shallow our society will be when I'm 30 and 40 and so on.

Sinful Colors Green Ocean over Liquid Leather

As soon as I saw Siobhan do this, I went out and got Green Ocean. It looks so gorgeous, it reminds me of China Glaze Meteor Shower. This was 2 coats of Liquid Leather and 1 1/2 coats of Green Ocean.

Diamond Cosmetics So Berry Sweet

Feast your eyes...

HO MA GAWD!! Look at the flawless application! Right...

This one is one of those jelly polishes that never fills in so you have darker and lighter spots. I only did 2 coats, but this could've used 3 or 4. I didn't care to do more than 2. This also looks more red than it does berry (think Moxie) in some lights.

On an unrelated note, CND Stickey and Seche Vite, that shit makes polish last forever on me, son!

Well this is the first time I've ordered from Cherry Culture and I can say that they delivered pretty slowly for only being from California to Texas.

Also 3 of the 8 polishes had polish caked around the neck and a significant amount of my Tapping Nails is missing. This is the one with the most polish around the neck. It's like it leaked out and they just wiped the outside and closed it back up and said this is good enough quality to ship. I'm not too pleased about that. I know, it's two bucks, but I care. I've heard some shady things about them, so I'm not too surprised about it.

I think I might save these for something like my Diamond nail polishes. Sinful Sunday or something.

Nyx Eros

Another Nyx Lipstick. Eros. I really thought this was gonna be a gorgeous red, but I don't know...Harmonica is looking pretty good right now.

I think this makes me look like a clown. Then I like it, then I hate it. When I first saw it on me this is what I thought of.

China Glaze Vintage Vixen

Here comes another one from the delivery room. This time it's China Glaze Vintage Vixen. This is coming out in July and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited. These all look like glitters to me, but who knows, some could be shimmers.

Failed marble mani

Go easy on me, this is the first time I've ever done water marbling. Kinda. I was just screwing around with my Blue Moon mani since it was already chipping on the second day. Stupid Wet n Wild. I just put some black and dark red marbling on it. It turned out really well on my pinky and ring finger though you can't see in the photo. The pointer looked really cool too. The thumb and middle...that's another story.

Wet n Wild Blue Moon

I can never apply these Wet n Wilds perfectly. I always end up screwing it up especially my right hand. I even painted that one first. Maybe it's cause I was under pressure to get done because someone was so anxious for me to clean. *looks at you-know-who-you-are*

I got this baby fo a dolla like Night Prowl. It's a really pretty shimmery dark blue. You can see the shimmer indoors too which I like, although my camera really didn't pick it up.

Orly Enchanted Forest

It's funny what joy can be brought from painting one's nails with a pretty color. Painting my nails always makes me feel better. Well, except sometimes, but I'll get to that later. Indoors and outdoors.

I don't know this looks kinda dull...maybe it's cause my SV is reaching the end of its lifespan. It's all polluted. This is such a pretty green, though. Ilakit a lot.

China Glaze Calypso Blue

This is my horrible drunken attempt at painting my nails. Some are good at it, I just haven't quite mastered it. Which is a shame, cause this color went on so smooth and dreamy and it's such a gorgeous dark blue. Too bad.

Diamond Haul

My first haul from Diamond Cosmetics. I haven't worn any yet, but the formula looks good and the colors are so great for the price! The names are great too. (My name is mud...m-m-m-m-m-mud...) I got 11 and I'll definitely be getting at least that much more.
